He has been Managing Director and Director at BSCPL Infrastructure Limited since May 1998. Mr. Seenaiah is a Post Graduate in Agricultural Sciences. His deep interest in mega machines and growing technology has driven him into construction sector. Ever since his first venture in laying roads during 1972, together with his Elder Brother, Mr. Krishnaiah, he did not turn back.

He has widely travelled several countries for studying the highway projects, methods of mechanized quarrying, material handling and use of high capacity of road construction machinery like hot mix plant, full width Pavers, Concrete Batching Plants etc. He was involved in overall management and administration of the head office as well as project sites.

Sudden demise of his father due to throat cancer brought the Bollineni brothers attention towards the needy. This thought decided to lay foundation of hospitals that would provide best facilities to the patients at minimal costs with maximum benefits. They ventured into establishment of KIMS under the supervision of his younger brother Dr. Bhaskar Rao.

In all these years of experience, he has learnt one very simple, yet, very significant lesson; he strongly feels the need of the society is like the ocean and the service we render are like the drops. So, he has determined to add as many drops as he can. Today, his vision is set on Educational sector and is determined to raise the stature of Futuristic Edu Initiatives, by adding more Schools to the group, as they are the platform to nurture the future global leaders.

MILE STONES

• He started reaching heights and in a short span started working for governments by constructing highway roads, government buildings
• Took up the most prestigious task of constructing Parliament building and the Indian consulate building at Afghanistan
• Constructed airports, runways in the eminent cities like Chennai and Port Blair
• The company further diversified into Irrigation projects, Real estate and Hydro power plants, often working under adverse conditions launching their ventures in Dubai as well as India
• In the last four decades the company grew from strength to strength leaving their quality mark in India and
• With one point agenda of providing world class education to children he laid the foundation to Ambitus World School. His vision has inspired the team to spread their wings and now the group is leading with seven schools The Creek , SEEDS, AMBITUS under the umbrella of Futuristic Edu Initiatives

• Sri Seenaiah is also the president of AP Biomass Power Developer Association besides being the Founder president of the National Highway Builders Federation
