Sri Bollineni Seenaiah ’68

Sri Mr. Bollineni Seenaiah has been Managing Director and Director at BSCPL Infrastructure Limited since May 1998.

Mr. Seenaiah is a Post Graduate in Agricultural Sciences. His deep interest in megamachines and growing technology has driven him into the construction sector. Ever since his first venture in laying roads during 1972, together with his Elder Brother, Mr.Krishnaiah, he did not turn back. 

He has widely travelled several countries for studying the highway projects, methods of mechanized quarrying, material handling and use of high capacity of road construction machinery like hot mix plant, full width Pavers, Concrete Batching Plants etc. He was involved in overall management and administration of the head office as well as project sites.

Sudden demise of his father due to throat cancer brought the Bollineni brothers attention towards the needy. This thought decided to lay foundation of hospitals that would provide best facilities to the patients at minimal costs with maximum benefits. They ventured into establishment of KIMS under the supervision of his younger brother Dr. Bhaskar Rao.

In all these years of experience, he has learnt one very simple, yet, very significant lesson; he strongly feels the need of the society is like the ocean and the service we render are like the drops. So, he has determined to add as many drops as he can. Today, his vision is set on Educational sector and is determined to raise the stature of Futuristic Edu Initiatives, by adding more Schools to the group, as they are the platform to nurture the future global leaders.

MILE STONES

  • He started reaching heights and in a short span started working for governments by constructing highway roads, government buildings
  • Took up the most prestigious task of constructing Parliament building and the Indian consulate building at Afghanistan
  • Constructed airports, runways in the eminent cities like Chennai and Port Blair
  • The company further diversified into Irrigation projects, Real estate and Hydro power plants, often working under adverse conditions launching their ventures in Dubai as well as India
  • In the last four decades the company grew from strength to strength leaving their quality mark in India and
  • With one point agenda of providing world class education to children he laid the foundation to Ambitus World School. His vision has inspired the team to spread their wings and now the group is leading with seven schools The Creek , SEEDS, AMBITUS under the umbrella of Futuristic Edu Initiatives

  • D. Chattanathan’s intellectual prowess was evident early on. He graduated in Agriculture from SV Agricultural College (1981-1985), where he honed his analytical skills and passion for rural development. Complementing this, he earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Relations and Journalism from the School of Communication and Management Studies (SCMS), Kochi, topping his class.
  • His qualifications further include CAIIB and DFS from the Indian Institute of Bankers, an ICAR Junior Fellowship in Agricultural Economics, and the Gromor Fellowship by Coromandel Fertilizers.
  • A national-level debater, he clinched over 50 competitions during his college years, showcasing exceptional communication abilities that have defined his multifaceted career.

  • With over two decades at ICICI Bank Ltd. as Group Product Head, D. Chattanathan pioneered groundbreaking rural finance products, designing safeguards and compliance frameworks that became internal benchmarks for commodity finance. His expertise extended to policy influence, serving on expert panels for the Reserve Bank of India and driving evolutionary changes in agricultural lending.
  • In 2013, he co-founded Arya.ag, which has grown into a pan-India powerhouse supporting lakhs of farmers through integrated warehousing, collateral management, and fintech solutions. Under his leadership, Arya.ag achieved remarkable feats, including a ₹100-crore loan book, nationwide expansion across agri-value chains, and recent milestones like the ₹725 crore funding round and exceeding ₹1,000 crore in net worth.
