History
SVAGAAT was initially started in the year 2012 with registration number 113/2012 at Tirupati.

VISION
Creating a database of all the Alumni of S V Ag College, Tirupati from 1961 onwards who are residing in India and also Abroad and making SVAGAAT as a pool of “THE BEST AGRICOS” and transforming it as a vibrant and a very useful organisation.
MISSION
Utilising SVAGAAT and it’s website as a tool to uplift the image of our beloved “S V Ag College” and it’s faculty, ANGRAU, Students and all the Alumni and create an atmosphere of “TOGETHERNESS” and working towards the best progress of our Society in general and Farmers in particular.

OBJECTIVES
Apart from activities mentioned in Vision and Mission SVAGAAT’s Objectives are as follows
1. To help S V Ag College and ANGRAU in fulfilling the objective of providing best education facilities to it’s students and helping in improving the classroom and hostel facilities for the students of the college.
2. To construct Alumni House at the allotted site by collecting contributions from the Alumni.. To upkeep and maintain the Alumni House after completion of construction.
3. To conduct regular activities in consultation with college and university in helping the farmers of the erstwhile Chittoor, Nellore, Kadapa, Kurnool, Anantapur and Prakasam districts of A.P.
4. To help the students of S V Ag College in getting Jobs or placements etc.,
5. To help the poor and selective students of S V Ag College to complete their studies by providing financial aid, if necessary.
6. To evolve SVAGAAT as the most vibrant organisation and making it function as one the best among Alumni associations.
7. To collect contributions for utilising them for any charitable purpose.
